This is made even more difficult that the apps will have to be downloaded one at a time through a Telstra wifi hot spot as Google Play is not available to the Samsung Galaxy Tabs because of blocking of a required port by the DET.
Haven't had much luck downloading apps via our Google account. Even though the apps are added into our Google Play account the apps still have to added individually one at a time on all of the 100 Galaxy Tabs.
This is made even more difficult that the apps will have to be downloaded one at a time through a Telstra wifi hot spot as Google Play is not available to the Samsung Galaxy Tabs because of blocking of a required port by the DET. My priority at the moment is to install Dropbox and Google Chrome onto the devices. Dropbox will mean that any photos taken will automatically save to our Dropbox account which can later be accessed by computers. Google Chrome allows us to run an application called groupmap which enables sharing of ideas through mind mapping. Unfortunately Flash is no longer available through Google Play. We have Flash in out Google Play account but it wont download via our account. This mean we cannot run Mathletics which requires flash.
